Alexandria Adams is an artist who works and lives in Winnipeg Canada. Her latest series of oil paintings explore the world through portraiture and other imagery inspired by romantic figures of history, literature and nature.

She has a home based studio where people come to visit, have consultations for commissions and see the latest pieces she is working on.

Over the years she has worked in various mediums including charcoal, ink, graphite on paper, pastel and acrylic. In 2006 she began working in oils. 

 

In general, Alex is an art lover and appreciator. She visits art galleries and museums around the world to see the actual brush strokes of the masters.

Alex has an interest in art history, old books, antiques, architecture, abandoned buildings, horror movies, film noir, music and nature.
